King County Metro Flex is a neighborhood transit service that operates on-demand. By utilizing your smartphone, you can conveniently travel to any location within the service area at the same fare as a bus trip.

Using your phone, you can easily inform Metro Flex of your current location and desired destination. You will be provided with a nearby pick-up point where a Metro Flex vehicle will be awaiting just a short walk away.

Fast:

The ride booking process takes only a minute! The app will provide you with an estimated arrival time for your Metro Flex vehicle.

Affordable:

Metro Flex charges the same fare as a Metro bus trip. Additionally, if you have an ORCA card, you can transfer for free between buses or the Sound Transit Link light rail. Payment options also include Transit GO Tickets or credit/debit cards. Youth up to 18 years of age ride for free.
